Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and ntv7 ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ntv7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. ntv7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where use of such services is legally permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable local laws.
Account Creation & Information Security
To access ntv7's full services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted only one registered account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and any balances held within them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account — whether or not with your knowledge — is your responsibility. You must notify the ntv7 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate and valid.
- Your password must not be shared with any third party.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date whenever changes occur.
- Ntv7 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time for security purposes.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the ntv7 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems in any way.
- Conducting fraudulent transactions or money laundering through the platform.
- Using another person's account or sharing account access.
- Taking any action that could compromise the security or integrity of ntv7's systems.
- Providing false or misleading information to the platform or other users.
Ntv7 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these Terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account in question.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the ntv7 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method and from a bank account registered in their own name. ntv7 does not accept third-party deposits.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal processing times, are clearly stated in the platform's payment section. For security and fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals will only be processed to the same bank account used for deposits.
- All transactions are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
- Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your account.
- Withdrawals are subject to security checks before processing.
- Ntv7 reserves the right to request supporting documents for transactions that exceed certain limits.
Users who notice any discrepancy in their transactions are required to contact ntv7 customer support within 24 hours of the transaction date.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ntv7 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be returned, subject to the outcome of ntv7's internal investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any eligible net balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to applicable terms.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Ntv7 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users arising from use of the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system failures, or game-related uncertainties. All content on the ntv7 platform — including logos, designs, text, and software — is the exclusive property of ntv7 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ntv7.
Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Ntv7 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
The ntv7 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ntv7 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Links provided are purely for user convenience and do not represent ntv7's endorsement of the linked content.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
